MVA’s DIG IT – Session 2

Due to the overwhelming popularity and attendance. MVA is hosting a second session of DIG IT.

Session-2 will be an abbreviated version of MVA’s DIG IT but will still provide great introductory skills and game play for ages 5th through 8th grade.

2023 Session-2 Dates & Times ::

Nov. 4 :: 10am-11:30am

Nov. 18 :: 10:30am-12pm

Dec. 2 :: 10:30am-12pm

Dec. 9 :: 10:30-12pm

Program Description ::

This session of DIG IT is a 4-class introductory skills course that offers basic drilling and game play. DIG IT will focus on teaching basic movement and volleyball-specific fundamentals. Sessions in December will include scrimmage and game play.

MVA’s master coaches will facilitate and instruct all drills and games. All participants will receive an MVA-DIG IT t-shirt.
