MVA response to COVID-19

MVA is canceling the rest of the 2020 season officially. We cannot thank you all enough for wanting to be a part of MVA, but the best action we can take is to cut all losses of the 2020 season and begin to move forward.


MVA will be reaching out to all families individually about their accounts and the refunds/credit that MVA will be issuing. Please be patient as we begin to process these credits and refunds. As a reminder all credits and refunds will be handled the same way. Every MVA family will be credited for the following;

- Refunded entry fees from cancelled tournaments

- Staff travel costs from cancelled tournaments

- Practice gym costs from Mar. 12 – Apr. 30

- Partial coach stipends from cancelled practices and tournaments

To ease the financial burden this will place on MVA we will offer an additional credit towards next season if you opt to transfer your 2020 refund to the 2021 season. MVA will offer an additional 25% of your total 2020 refund up to $100 if you decide to transfer it to the 2021 season. If you elect this option but decide not to accept MVA’s offer in the 2021 season or do not make your desired team, MVA can provide your 2020 refund at that time.
