Good Luck 2020 Seniors!

It is finally time to recognize MVA’s 2020 seniors who will start their collegiate careers this spring! This group had their final club season cut short and their first fall season of college postponed to the spring. They finally get to begin their collegiate journey. Thank you so much for being a part of MVA and we wish you the very best!

Sarah Hopcroft, Montana Tech

Sarah and her family will be sorely missed at MVA. 2021 will be the first year since 2012 that a Hopcroft isn’t wearing an MVA uniform. Sarah played every position through out her time at MVA and was one of the fiercest competitors to come through the program.

Emily Brinkman, Univ. of Providence

Emily’s improvement during her career was remarkable. She was two-year player for the 18 National team as a right-side hitter. Emily has not even begun to reach her potential as a volleyball player and we are excited to she what she accomplishes at the next level.

Alexis Umland, Montana Tech

Lex’s jumping ability made an instant impact on the MVA coaches when she showed up at tryouts as a sophomore. Her work ethic and determination helped transform her from a great athlete to a great volleyball player. There is no doubt that her mental toughness and physical ability will make her a huge asset for the Digger Volleyball Program.

Sarah Ashley, Univ. of Montana

Sarah joined MVA as a sophomore after playing for Montana Elite Volleyball Club in Great Falls. Sarah’s commitment to the sport showed as she commuted from her home in Helena to all the MVA practices and events. Sarah was named captain of both the MVA 16 National and 18 National during her years at MVA.
